1. Eligibility and Account Registration

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, JIJI56 AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it and close your account. In no event shall jiji56's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through the following process:

10. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and jiji56 regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

10.2 Severability
